- Standard check-in time is from 3:00 PM; standard check-out time is until 12:00 PM.
- Tourist tax is paid separately from accommodation in the amount of 40 UAH per person per day of accommodation.
- After booking, the hotel administrator will call you to confirm and provide payment details.
- Prepayment for booking is mandatory. The prepayment amount is 100% payment for the entire reservation period, but not less than the cost of a night's stay in a room of the selected category for each booked room.
- If there is no prepayment, the reservation may be canceled without prior notice.
- If the guest cancels their stay (less than 1 day before the arrival date), the prepayment is not refundable.
- The «Accommodation + SPA & AQUA» tariff includes the cost of accommodation per day and the daily rate for visiting the RELAX SPA with access to the Aqua Zone (in May and September - use of the 25m x 12m outdoor pool; in June - August - use of the entire Aqua Zone infrastructure).

Guests have at their disposal: 2 beds (0.9 m x 2.0 m), a coffee table, LED TV, mini-fridge, free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, telephone; in the bathroom - underfloor heating, hairdryer, set of towels, bathrobes, slippers, necessary perfumes and accessories.
