A deposit is a cash advance payment to the Relax SPA cash desk, which takes place at the reception, for subsequent payment of the services you have ordered in the recreation area (treatments, bar, spa restaurant).
After paying for the entrance fee at your chosen rate and receiving a set of textiles and a bracelet at the Relax SPA reception, the Administrator invites you to top up the deposit account of your bracelet.
How does the deposit system work?
To use all the features of RELAX SPA, you need to make a deposit to your bracelet number. This bracelet performs several functions at once:
Locker key – you store your belongings safely in the locker room.
Payment method – all payments for services in the spa complex are made from a deposit automatically.
The recommended minimum deposit amount is 300 UAH, but there is no upper limit. You determine the amount yourself, depending on your vacation plans.
Before visiting our Relax SPA, we recommend that you familiarize yourself with the price list of our treatments and the spa restaurant menu on the website, in the section Relax SPA and determine in advance the size of the deposit that will cover all your wishes.
Payment for services is easy and convenient
Once you have chosen a procedure and made an order at the bar or spa restaurant, payment is made automatically from your deposit, you only need to show your bracelet number to the Relax SPA staff.
Return of deposit balance
If after your vacation you have unspent funds on your deposit, the administrator will return the balance to you at the end of your visit.
